  • How can I order?

You simply click on the "Add to Cart" button after choosing the products you want, and then when you're done, you click on the "Cart" icon in the upper right of the screen. After that, you click on the "Checkout" or the Paypal button and fill in your details to finalise the order

  • Can I cancel my order?

NO. Once the order was made you will not be able to cancel.

  • Are my payments secure?

Yes, 100% secure
We only accept credit/debit cards we do not accept Paypal.

  • How long does shipping take ?

-99% of orders will be sent within a handling period of 1 to 3 business days
-To allow delivery worldwide, we can't unfortunately provide super fast shipping. Shipping normally takes around 4 weeks or less depending on the customs. In some occasions it only takes 1 to 2 weeks.

  • Can I follow my order?

Yes, you can follow your order status by entering your order number in the page Track My Order

  • Where can I find a discount code? 

We send out discount codes regularly to those who are subscribed to our email list. If you wish to subscribe, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email.

Alternatively, you can browse our Instagram. sometimes a discount code is listed there.

  • How do I receive multiple item order? 

If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).

  • What is your refund, and return policy ?
  • You are protected by a "Money back" guarantee 30 days after your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of your articles, please contact us and we will take it back. We are here to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.
